			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There is a very inspirational story in the Muskegon News today from Bob Springstead, a lawyer who started at 400 lb and lost over 150 by setting goals and getting into a good program.  Bob is also a snorer who uses a CPAP machine and I&#8217;ll be interested to hear whether he can adjust or even stop using it.</p>
